All Age Music | Private Music Lessons

All Age Music provides high quality music tuition to students of all ages and all experience levels. Our teachers are qualified and experienced, and are friendly and easy to get along with. We are happy to tailor lessons to your needs – whether you want to have fun, develop your skills, prepare for exams or auditions, and more.

We offer private lessons in a range of instruments, including guitar, drums, brass/woodwind instruments, bass guitar, piano and vocals.

Over 8 exciting weeks you’ll work with one of our experienced professional band coaches and transform yourselves into the ultimate ‘Garage Band’. Then at the end you’ll be playing one of Sydney’s live music Open Mic nights to showcase your set!

COST PER TERM
$330 per person (for 8 week term)

Each weekly session runs for an hour and a half block. Instruments and amps will be provided for, however you will need to bring your own bass guitars, electric/acoustic guitars, sax, trumpet, drum sticks etc.

It’s ideal for you to attend the first class so you can meet your fellow band mates, be given music and discuss any other songs you may like to contribute. The date will be provided to you once you enrol.

You’ll be expected to turn up to all band sessions to ensure you learn and develop your parts. If there any dates or times you think you can’t make then you’ll have the opportunity to discuss with your band mates alternative times and days (depends on the availability of the band coach).

Corrine Parker – Vocal Substitute Teacher

Corinne ParkerCorrine Parker  is a  basic piano and mainly vocals teacher. She is currently enrolled at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music for Advanced Diploma of Opera. She earned her Diploma of Music – Classical Voice in the year 2012  from the same institution and Bachelor of Music – Classical Voice in the year 2009 from the Australian Institute of Music. Corrine had also played Operatic Roles throughout the year and is still on the list of those to perform in the upcoming operatic shows. She is currently the substitute teacher of Jessica Westcott.

All Age Music – You’re never too young or too old.

All Age Music School is a different type of school. We’ve established ourselves to allow students and parents to have music lessons from our experienced network of teachers within their area. We operate on what can be considered a ‘virtual’ network of teachers, locations and instruments, meaning you don’t have to drive or travel far to learn from one of our experienced, qualified and certified All Age Music teachers.

With our headquarters based in Sydney’s most up and coming creative arts hub ‘Marrickville’, we aim to provide students both young and old, with quality music tuition, programs, classes and musical experiences. From private tuition to group classes, our goal is to ensure we deliver a high standard of music education and experiences that is well balanced and caters to each individual student.

At this stage our growing locations are within the Sydney Inner West, North Shore, Ryde and St George areas. As we continue to expand locations, teachers and their instruments, we will list them on our website, or sign up to our mailing list or Facebook page to be informed.

MORE INFO: Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Marcos developed a big commitment towards the arts and music from an early age. He started studying bass guitar at the age of 14 with German Jeselsohn until the age of 19, of which he was then accepted at the SADEM Music Institute. Here her majored in bass under the guidance of Bucky Arcella and Josengo Frojan and performed in verying ensembles from jazz to world music to contemporary genres.

A highly accomplished performer, music director and music tutor, Marcos moved to Sydney in 2010 to expand his international experience and his been working as a full time bass player and teacher for various music artists and organisations. Marcos specialises in vocal and music harmony and arrangement, as well as developing great range/knowledge across theory, techniques and styles on bass guitar. His experience stems from the private classroom to the recording studio, and everything in between. Whether students are wanting to learn from scratch, play for fun, play in a band/ensemble or progress their creative and technical flair on the bass, Marcos’s lessons are always tailored to the individual student. He ensures that each student has a good balance in the technical, academic, creative and song playing area,

Marcos is also available as a session bassist, music director and arranger for both commercial, independent and original artists.
